Navigating the hotel can feel like a maze, with multiple elevators needed to reach different areas, which becomes annoying after a while. The room setups lack practicality. the open bathroom design offers little privacy, and the absence of headboards makes it uncomfortable to sit up in bed. At breakfast, the cafeteria-style dining experience is noisy, and the hot food was often served cold. Plus, with no late-night bar ambiance, the only rooftop bar had a disco vibe that made it feel like an empty dance club. Lastly, Netflix was not easily accessible on the TV, which is pretty much a must for a modern hotel.
